Objectives

The work of the dogs and visits:

  • Promoting the “Truffe de Bourgogne” (Tuber Uncinatum)
  • Developing its gastronomy by organising Chapitres and participating in some manifestations such as the “Froires Gastronomiques”.
  • Sensibilising public by showing how the dogs work is important in order to find the propoers truffles.
